하루 - AI 비서 개인정보처리방침 · 이용약관

1. 수집하는 개인정보

없습니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·연락처를 묻지 않습니다. 분석·광고·추적 SDK 가 없습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버는 하루 PC 를 연결한 사용자만 쓰는 암호화 중계뿐이며, 중계는 내용을 볼 수 없고 저장하지 않습니다(6항).

2. AI 처리

AI 친구의 답, 설정 자동 채우기, 지난 대화 요약은 모두 Apple 이 기기에 넣어 둔 언어 모델(Apple Intelligence 온디바이스 모델)이 이 기기 안에서 만듭니다. 대화 내용과 보낸 사진은 개발자 서버나 외부 AI 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다. 기기가 Apple Intelligence 를 지원하지 않거나 꺼져 있으면, 인터넷 없이 동작하는 간단 대화 모드로 답합니다. "AI 로 얼굴 그리기"는 Apple 의 Image Playground 를 사용하며, 그 처리에는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

3. 기기에 저장되는 것

iCloud 동기화를 쓰지 않으므로 서버 사본은 없습니다. 앱을 지우면 모두 사라지며 되살릴 수 없습니다.

4. 친구 카드 공유

사용자가 직접 "친구 카드 공유"를 누를 때만, 친구 설정과 모습 사진(400KB 이하)이 담긴 파일(.haru)을 사용자가 고른 방법(AirDrop·메시지·파일 등)으로 보냅니다. 대화 내용·기억·친밀도는 카드에 들어가지 않습니다. 개발자는 이 파일을 받거나 볼 수 없습니다.

5. 권한

• 사진 — 친구 모습이나 대화에 보여 줄 사진을 고를 때 시스템 사진 선택기를 쓰며, 고른 사진만 앱에 전달됩니다.
• 사진 속 글자 읽기 — 청첩장·고지서·영수증 사진을 보내면 기기 안(Apple Vision·온디바이스 AI)에서만 글자를 읽어 일정·알림·가계부로 정리합니다. 사진과 글자는 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
• 마이크·음성 인식 — "말로 걸기" 버튼을 누른 동안에만 마이크를 켜고, 말한 내용을 글자로 바꿉니다. 기기가 지원하면 인터넷 없이 기기 안에서만 인식하며(지원하지 않는 기기에서는 Apple 음성 인식이 처리하고 Apple 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다), 목소리 녹음은 저장하지 않습니다. 바뀐 글자만 대화로 저장됩니다.
• 답을 읽어 주는 목소리는 기기에 들어 있는 음성을 씁니다. AI 자연 음성은 사용자가 목소리 화면에서 [내려받기]를 누를 때만 음성 모델(Supertone 의 Supertonic 3, 약 400MB)을 Hugging Face(huggingface.co)에서 한 번 받습니다. 이때 모델 파일을 요청할 뿐 사용자 정보·대화는 보내지 않으며, 일반 다운로드처럼 Hugging Face 가 접속 IP 등 통신 기록을 남길 수 있습니다(Hugging Face 개인정보 처리방침). 받은 뒤에는 인터넷 없이 기기 안에서 읽고, 목소리 화면에서 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
• 캘린더·미리 알림 — 비서에게 일정·할 일을 맡기거나 피드에서 일정을 볼 때만 요청합니다. 기기의 캘린더·미리 알림을 읽고, 사용자가 카드에서 승인한 항목만 추가합니다. 내용은 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
• 연락처 — "엄마한테 전화해 줘"처럼 말할 때만 기기의 연락처에서 그 사람의 번호·메일 주소를 찾습니다. 연락처는 저장하거나 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
• 위치·날씨 — "오늘 날씨 어때?"라고 물을 때만 현재 위치를 한 번 쓰고, 좌표만 Apple 날씨(WeatherKit)에 보내 날씨를 받아 옵니다. 위치는 저장하지 않습니다.
• 알람·타이머 — 비서에게 맡기고 카드에서 승인한 알람만 기기에 맞춥니다.
• 다른 앱 열기·전화·문자·길찾기·단축어 — 카드에서 승인하면 해당 앱을 열어 줄 뿐, 다른 앱 안에서 대신 결제·송금·전송하지 않습니다. 처음 여는 앱은 먼저 열어도 되는지 묻고, 허락한 앱 목록은 기기에만 저장합니다.
• 메일 — 하루는 메일을 직접 보내지 않습니다. 초안을 만들어 기기의 메일 앱을 열어 주면, 사용자가 확인하고 직접 보냅니다.

6. 하루 PC 연결 (선택)

사용자가 자기 컴퓨터에 하루 PC(오픈소스)를 설치하고 연결 QR 을 찍은 경우에만 해당합니다.

• 무엇이 오가나 — 사용자가 "PC에 맡기기"를 누른 일의 글, PC 의 승인 요청과 사용자의 승인·거부, PC 의 답. 이것들은 사용자의 폰과 사용자의 PC 사이에서만 오갑니다.
• 어떻게 오가나 — 같은 Wi-Fi 에서는 PC 에 직접, 그 밖에는 CreativeLab 이 운영하는 하루 중계(Cloudflare Workers)를 거칩니다. 모든 내용은 폰과 PC 가 연결 QR 로만 나눠 가진 키로 종단간 암호화(ChaCha20-Poly1305)되어, 중계와 개발자는 내용을 볼 수 없습니다. 중계는 연결 방 번호와 접속 토큰의 해시만 저장하고, 오간 내용·기록은 저장하지 않습니다. 인프라 제공자인 Cloudflare 는 일반 웹 접속처럼 접속 IP·시각 같은 통신 기록을 처리할 수 있습니다(Cloudflare 개인정보 처리방침).
• PC 에서의 처리 — 맡긴 일은 사용자의 PC 에서, 사용자가 PC 에 연결한 AI 모델로 처리됩니다. PC 에 ChatGPT·Claude 같은 외부 AI 를 연결했다면 그 회사의 방침이 적용되며, 개발자는 이 내용을 받지 않습니다. PC 가 파일을 바꾸거나 명령을 실행하기 전에는 항상 폰에 승인 카드가 뜨고, 사용자가 승인한 것만 실행됩니다.
• 폰에 저장되는 것 — PC 주소, 기기 토큰, 중계 방 번호·접속 토큰·암호 키. 기기의 안전한 저장소(iOS 키체인·안드로이드 키스토어)에만 두며, 하루 PC 화면의 [연결 끊기]나 앱 삭제로 지워집니다.

7. 하루 플러스 (선택 결제)

하루 플러스는 한 번 결제로 평생 쓰는 추가 기능(비서 여러 명·사진 정리 무제한·AI 자연 음성)이에요. 구독이 아니에요.

• 결제는 Apple(App Store)이 처리해요. 개발자는 이름·카드·결제 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않아요.
• 앱은 Apple 이 서명한 구입 기록으로 구입했는지 여부만 확인하고, 그 결과를 이 기기에만 저장해요. 다른 기기에서는 [구입 복원]으로 열어요.
• 무료 한도(사진 정리 하루 3장)를 세는 숫자는 이 기기에만 저장되고 밖으로 보내지 않아요.

8. 아동

하루는 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 업데이트 안내로 알립니다.

이용약관

1. AI 친구는 사람이 아닙니다

하루는 AI 비서 가 만든 캐릭터입니다. 사실과 다른 말을 할 수 있으며 의료·법률·금융·심리 상담을 대신하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정은 전문가와 상의하세요.

2. 힘들 때는 사람에게

많이 힘들 때는 자살예방상담전화 109(24시간), 정신건강위기상담 1577-0199, 긴급 상황에는 112·119 로 연락하세요. 앱은 위기 신호가 보이면 이 연락처를 안내합니다.

3. 만들 수 없는 캐릭터

실존 인물을 흉내 내거나 다른 사람의 사진을 허락 없이 쓰는 캐릭터, 성적인 대화·혐오·폭력·불법 행위를 목적으로 한 캐릭터는 만들 수 없습니다. 어떤 설정을 적어도 AI 는 이런 대화를 거절합니다.

4. 공유한 카드의 책임

친구 카드를 다른 사람에게 보낼 때 그 안의 설정·사진에 대한 책임은 보낸 사람에게 있습니다. 부적절한 카드를 받았다면 앱에서 바로 삭제하고 creativelab.choi@gmail.com 으로 알려 주세요.

5. 데이터는 내 기기에만 있습니다

운영자는 대화·사진·가입 정보를 보관하지 않으므로(하루 중계도 내용을 저장하지 않음) 잃어버린 데이터를 되살려 드릴 수 없습니다. 하루 PC 가 내 컴퓨터에서 한 일은 사용자가 폰에서 승인한 것이며, 그 결과에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

6. 하루 플러스

하루 플러스는 비소모성 인앱 구입이에요. 환불은 Apple 의 환불 절차(reportaproblem.apple.com)를 따르며, 환불되면 플러스 기능이 다시 잠겨요. 이미 만든 비서·받아 둔 파일은 지우지 않아요.

7. Apple 표준 약관

이 앱의 이용에는 Apple 표준 이용약관(EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다.

English

Privacy Policy. Haru (AI assistant) collects no personal data. There is no account and no analytics, advertising or tracking SDK. The only server the developer runs is the encrypted Haru relay, used only if you connect Haru PC (see below); it cannot read or store your content. Your AI friends' replies, profile autofill and conversation summaries are generated on your device by Apple's on-device Apple Intelligence model; your chats and photos are never sent to the developer or to any external AI service. On devices without Apple Intelligence the app answers in a simple offline mode. "Draw a face with AI" uses Apple's Image Playground, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Friend profiles and photos, conversations, photos you send in chat, the on-device "memory" summary, closeness level and settings are stored only on your device (no iCloud sync); deleting a chat or the app deletes them permanently. A friend card (.haru) is sent only when you choose to share it, via the method you pick; it contains the friend's settings and photo (up to 400 KB) and never your conversations, memory or closeness level. The photo picker passes only the photos you select. "Talk" uses the microphone only while you hold the conversation button, converting speech to text on-device where supported (otherwise Apple's speech recognition processes it under Apple's Privacy Policy); audio is never stored, only the resulting text. Replies are read aloud with built-in device voices. The optional "AI natural voice" downloads, only when you tap Download, the Supertonic 3 speech model (about 400 MB) from Hugging Face once; only model files are requested (Hugging Face may log your IP like any download — Hugging Face Privacy Policy), then speech is generated offline on your device and the model can be deleted anytime. Calendar and Reminders are accessed only when you ask the assistant or open the Feed; items are added only after you approve the card, and nothing leaves the device. Contacts are read on-device only to find the person you name (never stored or sent). Alarms/timers are set only after you approve. When you ask about the weather, your current location is used once and only coordinates are sent to Apple Weather (WeatherKit); location is never stored. Calls, messages, directions, shortcuts and other apps are only opened after you approve the card — Haru never pays, transfers or sends inside other apps; apps you allow are remembered on-device. Text in photos you send (invitations, bills, receipts) is read on-device only (Apple Vision and on-device AI) and never leaves the device. Haru never sends email itself — it opens a draft in your Mail app for you to review and send. Expenses, goals, notes and email drafts are stored only on your device. Haru PC (optional). Only if you install the open-source Haru PC on your own computer and scan its pairing code: tasks you hand off, the PC's approval requests with your answers, and the PC's replies travel only between your phone and your PC — directly on the same Wi-Fi, otherwise through the Haru relay run by CreativeLab on Cloudflare Workers. Everything is end-to-end encrypted (ChaCha20-Poly1305) with a key that only your phone and PC share through the pairing code, so neither the relay nor the developer can read it; the relay stores only room ids and a hash of each room's access token, and no content or logs. Cloudflare, as infrastructure provider, may process connection metadata such as IP address and time (Cloudflare Privacy Policy). Tasks are processed on your PC by the AI model you connected there; if that is an external service (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude), its policy applies and the developer receives nothing. Nothing on your computer changes until you approve the card on your phone. The PC address, device token and relay keys are kept in the phone's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and removed by "Disconnect" or deleting the app. Haru Plus (optional, one-time purchase). Payment is handled by Apple (App Store); the developer never receives your name, card or payment details. The app only checks Apple-signed purchase records to know whether Plus is owned, and keeps that result and the free-tier counter (3 photo readings a day) on the device only. We collect no data from anyone, including children. Changes will be posted on this page.

Terms of Use. (1) Your friends are AI characters: they can be wrong and do not replace medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. (2) If you are struggling, contact a person — in Korea call 109 (24h) or 1577-0199; in an emergency 112/119. (3) You may not create characters that impersonate real people, use others' photos without permission, or aim at sexual, hateful, violent or illegal conversations; the AI declines such conversations regardless of settings. (4) You are responsible for friend cards you share; delete inappropriate cards and report them to creativelab.choi@gmail.com. (5) Your data stays on your devices (the relay stores no content), so lost data cannot be restored; actions Haru PC takes on your computer are the ones you approved, and you are responsible for them. (6) Haru Plus is a non-consumable in-app purchase; refunds follow Apple's process, after which Plus features lock again (assistants and files you already have are kept). (7) Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
